Bimetallic Composite Steel Pipe is a new type of composite pipeline formed by tightly combining two layers of different metal materials through advanced composite technology. It consists of an outer base steel layer and an inner corrosion-resistant alloy lining layer. The base layer provides high mechanical strength, impact resistance and welding performance, while the inner lining layer delivers excellent anti-corrosion, wear-resistant and anti-scaling properties. This product perfectly combines the low-cost advantage of carbon steel and the superior medium resistance performance of alloy materials.
We supply various specifications of bimetallic composite steel pipes. The outer substrate can adopt carbon steel such as Q235B, 20#, Q355B. The inner lining materials include 304, 316L stainless steel, duplex stainless steel and wear-resistant alloy. Multiple composite processes are available, including hydraulic composite, spinning composite and explosive composite, to meet different pressure, temperature and medium requirements.
Compared with single stainless steel pipe, bimetallic composite steel pipe significantly reduces material cost. Compared with ordinary carbon steel pipe, it solves the pain point of inner wall corrosion and medium pollution. The interface achieves tight metallurgical bonding without delamination under normal operating conditions. The pipe can be cut, bent and welded with conventional construction methods, bringing great convenience for on-site installation.
Strict production control is implemented throughout the manufacturing process. We conduct bonding strength testing, hydraulic pressure testing and nondestructive inspection to guarantee composite quality. Custom sizes including outer diameter, wall thickness and length are supported. Surface treatments such as anti-rust coating can be provided as required.
