SS Lined Carbon Steel Pipe is a composite pipeline consisting of a carbon steel base pipe and an internal stainless steel lining.It integrates the advantages of carbon steel and stainless steel organically.

The carbon steel outer substrate possesses excellent mechanical performance,high pressure resistance,impact resistance and structural stability,which can adapt to harsh outdoor and buried laying conditions.The inner stainless steel liner(304/316L optional)provides reliable corrosion resistance against acid,alkali,brine and other corrosive media.

Compared with solid stainless steel pipe,this composite pipe effectively lowers overall project cost without sacrificing anti-corrosion property.Advanced forming technology ensures tight combination between the liner and carbon steel pipe.Delamination,bulging or peeling will not occur within rated working temperature and pressure range.
