Stainless steel lined pipe is a composite pipeline product composed of carbon steel base pipe and inner stainless steel lining layer.It perfectly combines the high mechanical strength,low cost of carbon steel and excellent corrosion resistance of stainless steel.

The outer carbon steel substrate provides sufficient pressure resistance,impact resistance and structural rigidity to adapt to complex underground and aboveground installation environments.The internal stainless steel lining forms a continuous anti-corrosion barrier,effectively resisting erosion caused by acid,alkali,salt water and various corrosive media.Compared with full stainless steel pipe,it greatly reduces engineering costs while retaining outstanding anti-corrosion performance.

We adopt advanced composite forming technology to ensure tight bonding between the steel base and lining without delamination,bulge or cracking under normal working pressure and temperature.Common lining materials include 304,316L stainless steel to satisfy different medium transmission demands.
